THE SHEPHERDSTOWN FIRE DEPARTMENT ANNOUNCES STATION 3 RENOVATION RIBBON-CUTTING, NEW TANKER DEDICATION, AND COMMUNITY OPEN HOUSE

SHEPHERDSTOWN, WV — The Shepherdstown Fire Department (SFD) invites community members, local officials, neighboring emergency services agencies, and members of the press to a dedication ceremony and open house on Sunday, November 8, 2026, beginning at 2:00 PM at Station 3.


The event marks three major milestones for the department: the official ribbon-cutting of the newly modernized Station 3 living quarters and operational facilities, the formal dedication and traditional “push-in” of the department’s new Tanker apparatus, and a public open house with tours.
